Bethany for Children & Families is looking for a Marketing & Communication Coordinator! The Marketing & Communication Coordinator plays a key role on our Development Team, working closely with the Director of Development & Communication to bring our mission to life. In this role, you’ll plan, create, and execute marketing strategies that spotlight our programs, amplify our impact, and support fundraising efforts. From crafting compelling stories to managing digital content and campaigns, you’ll help grow community awareness, strengthen donor relationships, and keep our brand voice consistent and engaging. You’ll also collaborate with the Development team to support fundraising initiatives and overall organizational growth. This is a full-time position, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The hourly pay range for this role is $25.96–$29.33, based on experience and qualifications. We believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of others.
