About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Clerk is an onsite role that combines clerical and operational responsibilities to support the daily functions of the fulfillment center. This position supports shipping operations, inventory and reporting tasks, and ensures compliance with client-specific and company-wide standards. The Clerk plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, safety, and team coordination across multiple clients and departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance
  • Team-oriented with a cooperative and proactive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in both clerical and physical warehouse environments
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or clerical role
  • Experience supporting multi-client operations
  • Bilingual communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements
  • Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines
  • Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory
  • Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Assist in other departments as needed
