Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the day
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to our North Carolina home base in Charlotte, NC

- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Former athletes, military veterans, student leaders, or anyone with a strong team mentality are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Represent Panda Exteriors in local communities
- Speak with homeowners about roofing, windows, siding, and solar services
- Schedule free, no-obligation inspections—no high-pressure selling
- Develop communication, leadership, and business skills
- Advance into training and leadership roles based on performance
