About The Position

The Fast Track Manager position at Camel Express Car Wash is designed for individuals, whether recent graduates or those seeking career advancement, to learn how to run a multi-million dollar business, maximize profits, and motivate a team. The program offers an Accelerated Management Training Program where promotions are based on performance, not seniority. New managers will be assigned to a car wash location and learn valuable business skills from mentors. The goal is for managers to eventually run one of the company's locations. Most current managers started in this program. Progression involves evaluation and certification in various areas, leading to promotion potential and pay increases. On average, promotion to Assistant Manager occurs within 6 to 9 months. Placement as a manager depends on market openings and the individual's initiative, capabilities, and ability to think on their feet.
