About The Position
This role is designed for a next-level General Manager who’s hungry for growth, ready to lead at a higher level, and interested in future District Manager opportunities. As a General Manager, you could be the one helping your restaurant management team and team members to success. You will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
