About The Position

This role is responsible for the service of food and beverage, maintaining the service area, taking orders, serving coffee/snacks, and handling cash transactions. The position requires ensuring clean and sanitary conditions, communicating supply needs, and promoting positive public relations. Duties may also include other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions with or without reasonable accommodations, including standing, walking, finger dexterity, full use of both hands, balancing, hearing conversation, hearing high acuity, speaking clearly, seeing near, seeing far, seeing – depth perception, seeing - color vision.
• Ability to perform essential mental functions with or without reasonable accommodations, including writing English, reading English, speaking English, working under pressure/stress, speaking with guests/customers, speaking with employees, working with basic math skills, making decisions based on facts, making decisions based on data, making accurate measurements according to set standards.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and beverage and maintaining the service area.
• Taking orders and serving coffee/snacks as requested.
• Setup of coffee/snack area at the beginning of each shift.
• Ensuring clean and sanitary conditions of coffee/snack area are maintained at all times.
• Communicating to supervisor the need for food and beverage items.
• Handling all cash and operation of cash register.
• Promoting positive public relations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
