About The Position

We are seeking to hire a qualified fashion manufacturing coordinator to join our incredible team! The role would involve assisting our creative team with sketches, design ideas, measurements, and playing an integral role in bringing concepts into production.

Requirements

• Assisting our creative team with sketches, design ideas, and measurements
• Bringing concepts into production
• Technical sketching and detailed tech pack creation
• Researching fashion trends, colors, prints, and seasonal concepts
• Sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials
• Assisting with QC and Sample Fittings
• Maintaining accurate product development details in software
• Ensuring manufacturing team follows approved design specs and style details
• Representing companies at trade shows and industry events
• Creating graphic needs for sales and customer service teams

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial sample photography
• Create technical sketches and detailed tech packs
• Research fashion trends, colors, prints, and seasonal concepts
• Source fabrics, trims, and materials from the company library of vendors
• Assist Manufacturing Directors with choosing and completing designs and take from conception through completion
• Assist with QC and Sample Fittings - provide comments and corrections
• Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure timely sample development and execution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product development details in software
• Ensure manufacturing team follows approved design specs and style details
• Represent companies at trade shows and industry events as needed
• Create graphic needs for sales and customer service teams
