About The Position

Blue Blush Clothing is a rapidly growing young contemporary women’s apparel company specializing in wholesale fashion. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organization and communication skills, and brings fresh, trend-driven ideas to every collection.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of fashion design experience in wholesale junior or young contemporary apparel
Proven experience managing design development of Company orders and follow-up with key accounts (e.g., Lulus, Winsor, Altar'd State)
Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabric selection
Knowledge of domestic production processes
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Responsibilities

Design and develop seasonal collections from concept to production
Research and analyze trends, fabrics, and colors to create marketable designs
Maintain deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrics (woven & knit), including trims
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including domestic and overseas production partners
Create and maintain mini PO’s, design tech packs, line sheets, and sample development and approvals
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all designs align with the Blue Blush brand aesthetic and quality standards
