About The Position

We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager of Operations with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude. Uptown Cheapskate Cypress is not your typical retail store. We buy, sell, and trade styles from top brands like Abercrombie to luxury names like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Our style leans towards young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown!

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
• Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner
• Must have open availability on weekends
• Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC! Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Lead a team of 8-20 Store Staff
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive
• Work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
• Fill in for call-outs from staff members
