About The Position

As a Farm Training Specialist Intern, you will help create and enhance training programs, educational materials, and resources that support agricultural knowledge and farm safety throughout the organization. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop content that makes a meaningful impact on employees, agents, and the agricultural communities we serve. Join our team and gain hands-on experience developing agricultural training programs, creating meaningful educational resources, and helping strengthen the knowledge and success of those who serve the farming community.

Requirements

• The ability to develop strategies and materials that improve agricultural knowledge among employees and agents.
• Interest in creating training curriculum and educational resources related to farming and agriculture.
• The ability to formulate materials and procedures that promote farm safety and health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop farm and agricultural training materials for agents and employees.
• Create farm safety resources and educational materials for farm clients.

• Assist in conducting training sessions on farming, agriculture, and industry-related topics.
