About The Position

The Farm Tractor Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC drives and manages tractors and other agricultural machinery to prepare fields, plant, maintain, and harvest crops. The operator performs routine equipment maintenance to help ensure machinery remains in good working condition and supports the productivity and efficiency of farm operations. This is a full-time, day-shift position located at Kosse Mine in Kosse, Texas. Salary is undisclosed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of farm equipment and agricultural machinery operations.
Demonstrated adherence to safety procedures and protocols in a farming environment.
Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in operating farm tractors and other agricultural equipment.
