Eden Hall Farm is seeking a Farm Team Leader. This position is ideal for students looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of farm production and management. Requirements

• Must be a current student employee
• Students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
• Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with director and farm manager
• Participate in seasonal farm production, including vegetable, maple, orchard, and mushroom production
• Conduct integrated pest management and soil health assessments
• Maintain organized records for organic and Good Agricultural Practice certifications
• Lead individual project or enterprise to improve farm function
• Facilitate learning opportunities for students on the farm team and outside of the farm team
