The Farm Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs physical structures of lagoons and sewer lines in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role involves learning and implementing biosecurity policies, following animal welfare and safety procedures, and reporting environmental issues immediately. The technician will be responsible for unplugging, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance on sewer discharge lines and equipment, using a sewer camera to identify issues, and working in all weather conditions. The position requires the use of hand tools and participation in a 24-hour emergency call-out rotation, including weekends and holidays.
