About The Position

This role involves a variety of agricultural tasks to support crop production and farm operations. Responsibilities include preparing soil, managing irrigation, planting, harvesting, packaging crops, and loading/unloading trucks. Additionally, the position requires operating farm equipment and performing general agricultural duties such as maintenance and repairs when regular work is unavailable. The ability to follow oral instructions and learn to operate light motor equipment is essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil and growth medium.
• Fill tanks with water and handle irrigation equipment.
• Plant crops.
• Harvest and package crops.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate farm equipment and other motor equipment when necessary.
• Perform other general agricultural duties, including building and equipment maintenance, repairing fences, and similar tasks when work is not available.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
