About The Position
Perform work at the Iowa State University Dairy Farm, including animal care, supporting research activities, and assisting with daily farm operations. Responsibilities include monitoring animal health and welfare and collecting data to support research projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with dairy cattle research including methane data collection and quality control using a CLock GreenFeed system.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience handling, caring for, and working directly with livestock/animals.
- Experience in the analysis of methane data from dairy cattle.
