FANgineers are crucial to the success of our hospitality program and game days. They act as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests, ensuring operational policies for premium seating areas are maintained. FANgineers also serve as liaisons between donors, caterers, maintenance and custodial staff, Hospitality Directors, and Athletic Department personnel.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds (e.g. event materials, signage)

• Manual dexterity to handle event materials and technology
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces
• Good visual acuity and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to event sites, as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer.

Nice To Haves

• Opportunities may be available to work the day before game days for additional hours.
• Gain the opportunity (with a positive supervisor evaluation) to work additional events, such as basketball, baseball, concerts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality Office and athletics department.
• Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff.
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
• Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility needs and food & beverage needs, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
