About The Position

The Fan Experience Representative provides customer service to fans attending match days and non-Red Bull matches or events at Sports Illustrated Stadium. As an early point of contact and an extension of the Member Services department, the representative shares accurate information about Red Bull New York and the stadium, resolves fan concerns, and helps create a positive and energetic experience. This part-time position includes regular game-day hours and events, with schedules that may vary according to business needs. The hourly rate is $16 and may be modified.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High energy and a proactive approach when interacting with fans.
• Strong initiative and work ethic, with the ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to communicate positively with guests and establish their needs efficiently and courteously.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience.
• Bilingual ability.
• Knowledge of Red Bull New York and Major League Soccer.

Responsibilities

• Engage with fans and provide accurate information about Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium.
• Provide high-quality customer service by problem-solving and communicating effectively with fans.
• Interact proactively and with high energy when assisting fans.
• Represent the Red Bulls organization on match and event days.
• Create a fun experience through positive interactions with fans.
• Assist various departments upon request on match and event days.
• Assist with in-match promotions and experiences for Sales and Service departments, Red Member events, and Sales events and initiatives.
