About The Position

The Fan Events Team Member will be the 'boots-on-the-ground' for all Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Steel events. Team members will be responsible for the set-up, tear down, and execution for assigned activations, including but not limited to; home games, ticket and sponsorship promotions, watch parties, and more. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in events or sports, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and play a major role in delivering legendary fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up, execution, and tear down of various team events, including home games, watch parties, community, youth hockey, and brand events.
• Execute in-game promotions and marketing concourse activations during Blackhawks and Steel home games.
• Support in game entertainment elements including TV timeouts, intermissions, and arena host segments.
• Execute pre- and post-game promotions as needed (Jr. Hawks Programming, Ticketing Initiatives, and Atrium Themed Events).
• Support pre- and post-season marketing events as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
