About The Position
Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for an energetic, sales-minded Event Team Member to help spread cake joy. This role involves working events, serving delicious Bundt cakes with passion, and representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tenacious, driven, and comfortable with the physical demands of event setup and breakdown.
Requirements
- Sales experience, with a preference for those who have met sales quotas or have retail experience.
- Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
- Driven and motivated to succeed.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Ability to travel between Billings and Bozeman bakeries as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents.

Responsibilities
- Representing the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
- Setting up and breaking down event displays, including tables, signage, and tents.
- Managing event logistics, including cake inventory and communication.
- Engaging with customers with a sales-driven approach.
- Promoting and selling cakes.
- Contributing to social media efforts by providing content ideas, capturing photos, and supporting online engagement.
