About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Family Visitation Coaches to support families working toward reunification through supervised visitation and parent coaching. This role provides a safe, nurturing environment where parents can strengthen relationships with their children while developing positive parenting skills using evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• BSW is required
• At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a human services setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas (access to company vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Conducting intake interviews and assessments
• Facilitating parent orientations
• Supervising and coaching parent-child visits
• Developing and monitoring family goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Participating in supervision and training
• Coordinating visitation schedules as needed
• Transporting youth and families using a company van
• Completing other assigned duties
