The Office Manager is responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the Family Violence Prevention Program office. This position oversees daily office operations, administrative staff, records management, purchasing, inventory, fiscal tracking, grants administration support, and program compliance activities. The Office Manager ensures efficient office operations while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. The Office Manager works closely with the Office of Grants & Compliance and the Shelter Manager to coordinate administrative operations, grant reporting, budgeting, procurement, human resources functions, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This position serves as the primary administrative liaison for the Family Violence Prevention Program and supports program sustainability through effective organizational management.
