To facilitate regular and consistent quality visits between children and natural families in client homes within the Durham Region or at Durham Children’s Aid Society offices (as assigned); providing role modeling and support to both parents and children to facilitate meaningful and beneficial interaction in visits; provide written reports on each visit supervised and to attend court to testify and/or swear out affidavits with respect to his/her/their involvement with clients. The facilitator will liaise with other teams/departments where required and provide back-up assistance to other program personnel.
