The Ubuntu CSD (Collaborative Service Delivery) Program is seeking a Family Connections Facilitator. This role is integral to the team, responsible for working with families and youth to help them create a safe and healthy household. The facilitator will model parenting skills, develop healthy family relationships and boundaries, and provide fully engaging family time visits. Family Connections Facilitators strive to build a family’s capacity with an emphasis on community and cultural involvement, and helping connect families and youth to long term supports in their communities.
