GRO Community is building a team that meets families where they are. This is a home and community based role for a clinician who believes that engagement is treatment. The Family Therapist will carry a focused caseload and clinical approach, and draw from a range of evidence-based and home-based models — including Functional Family Therapy (FFT) — to fit the intervention to the family rather than the other way around. If you're a clinician who is persistent, creative, relationally skilled, and energized by complex family work, this role is built for you. Our Clinical Approach: We are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered. We prioritize relational flexibility over compliance-driven, office-based models, and we treat persistence, creativity, and accountability as core clinical skills. You'll have the autonomy to exercise clinical judgment — and the team and supervision structure to back you up. Caseload & Autonomy: Focused caseload of 10–15 families to allow for depth and intensity of engagement. Significant autonomy over scheduling and day-to-day clinical decision-making. A mobile, community-based workday rather than a fixed office schedule.
