About The Position

Promotes effective permanency planning and family engagement as the facilitator of all Family Team Conferences (FTCs) for the Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) program. Responsible for collaboratively engaging families and other decision-making stakeholders in attending and actively participating in meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years human service experience
• Excellent engagement skills
• Highly organized, team-oriented professional
• Skilled at negotiation/collaboration/group facilitation
• Proficiency in written and verbal skills
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools, Zoom, Connections etc.
• Well organized, able to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments
• Knowledge of Child Welfare systems (ACS, OCFS)
• Knowledge of Foster Care Regulations
