About The Position

Family Support Workers work directly with biological parents/caregivers and their children to teach skills necessary to maintain a safe and thriving home environment. A key responsibility includes transporting children to supervised visits with their parents. The role offers autonomy and a flexible schedule while meeting assigned case hours. The position includes weekly meetings and training with a supervisor, monthly agency meetings and training, and continued outside training opportunities.

Requirements

Must provide own reliable personal vehicle to travel/transport up to 3-4 kids frequently as part of their daily work.
Must have demonstrated 2+ years of experience working with people to help facilitate change or a bachelor's in the human services field.
Timeliness and streamlined communication are needed.
Cannot have an active criminal investigation, be on the APS/CPS registry or have more than 3 points on your Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Volunteer experience with youth groups, daycares, budgeting, etc. should be listed on resume.

Responsibilities
