Under the supervision of the Director, the Family Support Provider works directly with families participating in the Early Start and School-Age Programs by providing information, resources, encouragement, and ongoing support. The Family Support Provider builds positive relationships with families and collaborates with professionals to help ensure participants receive the services and support they need. Responsibilities include maintaining regular and responsive communication with parents and professionals through in-person meetings and virtual platforms (including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, & social media), providing parent education and facilitating family engagement activities, maintaining accurate participant records and data entry, assisting with outreach efforts, and completing other duties and special projects as assigned. This is a full-time, in person position (30 hours per week). Occasional evening and weekend hours are required to participate in family events, trainings, community outreach and other training activities.
