As an integral member of the treatment team, this role delivers hands-on instruction in areas such as parenting, recovery support, and daily living skills while collaborating on service planning and progress toward case goals. The Family Skills Coach also maintains consistent communication with referral partners, connects families to community resources, and ensures accurate documentation, all while contributing to a coordinated, strengths-based approach to care.
