About The Position
This is a leadership-level position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The employee provides direct supervision to lower-level staff and supervises and administers policy and procedure for professional Family Services Specialists who provide TANF services. Travel is extensive. The employee must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain required car insurance. The employee must attend all training, meetings, and conferences as directed.
Requirements
- A master’s degree and one year of qualifying experience; or a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in professional social work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional social work experience for each year of the bachelor’s degree; or four years of experience as a Family Services Specialist.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Maintain required car insurance.
- Extensive travel is required.
