The Family Services Coordinator supports potential donor families in making informed decisions regarding organ, eye and tissue donations, obtains authorization, and completes all required paperwork and charting. The role involves understanding the grief process, providing active-reflective listening, grief support, and follow-up for donor families. This position is an integral part of the LifeShare team, participating in quality assurance and performance improvement projects within the Family Support department and LifeShare. It requires 24-hour on-call responsibility, including weekends and holidays, as determined by the department.
