About The Position

As a Full Time Family Service Worker at Early Learning Connections, you will have the opportunity to work onsite in Butler, PA, directly impacting the community you serve. Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, resourceful, and able to build trusting relationships with diverse families
Organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work or related field, with emphasis on social work preferred
Minimum High School Diploma/GED with enrollment in FSW Credential
Experience with low-income families with young children
Knowledge of community resources available
Current Pennsylvania Driver's License required
Must have access to transportation daily in order to perform specific job functions
