Responsibilities

Meet with families following the loss of a loved one and guide them through the cemetery and memorialization process with compassion, professionalism, and care.
Assist families with cemetery property and memorialization arrangements following a death.
Provide exceptional customer service during a sensitive and emotional time.
Build genuine relationships based on trust, empathy, and integrity.
Follow up with families after services to ensure their needs have been met.
Educate families about advance planning options for their own future cemetery and memorial needs.
Generate pre-need sales opportunities through relationship building, follow-up, referrals, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage your sales pipeline.
Represent the cemetery with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
