About The Position

We are seeking one Family Service & Pre-Need Advisor to help families navigate one of life's most difficult moments while building long-term relationships that provide peace of mind for the future. This is a unique opportunity to combine meaningful service with a rewarding sales career. You'll make a difference in the lives of families while building a successful career with paid training, hourly pay, and uncapped commission potential. In this role, you will meet with families following the loss of a loved one and guide them through the cemetery and memorialization process with compassion, professionalism, and care. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Success comes from serving families with genuine care, earning their trust, and helping them make informed decisions that bring peace of mind for generations. The most successful people in this role are those who truly enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and becoming a trusted resource within their community. This position is an excellent fit for individuals returning to the workforce, including mothers whose children are now in school or are becoming more independent. The relationship-building, customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills developed through managing a household and raising a family often translate exceptionally well into this role.
