Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field that is licensable by the Kansas BSRB.
- 2+ years working with kids and families required.
- Licensed by the Kansas BSRB (or you’ve applied to get licensed).
- A driver’s license and auto insurance.
- A car for this role.
- A compassionate heart and a passion for helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in foster care.
Responsibilities
- Travel to meet with foster families and offer support.
- Be a crisis responder and offer on-call support when families need it the most.
- Help train and recruit awesome new foster families.
- Lead meetings, attend court hearings, and work directly with families and kids to keep them safe and supported.
- Provide direct services and connect families to local resources for extra support.
- Stay organized and manage paperwork.
