Provide access to coordinated services across agencies for young children with developmental disabilities and their families in compliance with Part C. This role involves managing referrals, scheduling evaluations, serving as a point of contact for parents, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and timelines. The Family Resource Coordinator will also facilitate the development and review of Individual Family Service Plans, provide care and program planning, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
