The Ecclesial Schools Initiative is launching and operating a network of neighborhood schools planted in local churches, offering a rich learning atmosphere, classical liberal arts curriculum, and formative Christian practices to children of diverse social and economic backgrounds. We are educating children from the heart of the Church for the life of families, communities, and ultimately the world. The Family Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating, fostering, and maintaining a network of sustainable long-term relationships that invite families into meaningful educational partnerships with the school. These relationships begin during the recruiting and admission process and continue beyond graduation. Understanding the need to honor our admission processes, and at the same time be relational with families, is crucial to the success of this position. The Family Relationship Manager reports to the Director of Engagement and will collaborate with the engagement coordinator at each campus location. A key component of this role will be to meet regularly with campus deans and work closely with colleagues to foster strong relationships with the families on our campuses. This position will manage admission and enrollment towards our goal of making our process a relational journey from start to beyond graduation.
