About The Position

Marian House provides safe, supportive housing for women and their children as they rebuild their lives and work toward long-term independence. The Family Program Case Manager supports women and families in recovery housing by promoting stability, accountability, and family well-being.

Requirements

• Experience in social services, behavioral health, or housing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends

Nice To Haves

• BSW/MSW or related field preferred
• HMIS experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload with at least two client contacts monthly
• Complete intakes and assist with documentation
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans
• Conduct home visits and Section 8 inspections
• Lead resident meetings and life skills groups
• Ensure compliance with program policies
• Maintain records (HMIS/Client Track) and submit reports
• Collaborate with partners and provide referrals
• Participate in on-call rotation
