About The Position

As part of our Youth Services team, you’ll have the opportunity to do meaningful clinical work while being supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
  • Experience with or understanding of: Trauma-Informed Care Crisis Intervention Family Systems approaches
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in community-based settings
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals
  • Knowledge of or familiarity with community resources (Ashland County preferred)
  • Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
  • Ability to travel locally and provide services in the community
  • Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in case management or behavioral health
  • High School Diploma with relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric case management services to youth
  • Deliver individual and group interventions
  • Assist clients in developing communication, relationship, and coping skills
  • Provide crisis management and support as needed
  • Complete assessments and assist in developing service plans
  • Link clients to community resources and services
  • Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
  • Monitor progress and provide ongoing support
  • Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
  • Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach
