The Family Preservation Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and clinical supervision to a family preservation team. This role involves maintaining program fidelity to the selected evidence-based model by coordinating external training and supervision for team members, and ensuring all required certifications are up-to-date. The Clinical Supervisor acts as a liaison between Choices Behavioral Health Solutions and the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), managing program caseload sizes, and coordinating referrals and discharges with DCS Family Case Managers. The position requires providing individual and group supervision, ensuring services are delivered in a strength-based, family-centered, and culturally competent manner, monitoring clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with DCS contract requirements. Essential duties include managing caseloads within financial and clinical parameters, balancing family needs with census expectations, ensuring team fidelity to the evidence-based model through training and supervision, working with evidence-based program representatives, managing internal data reporting for billing, and collaborating with other supervisors and leadership for continuous improvement. The role also includes completing other assigned duties to advance the mission of Choices.
