About The Position

The Jamestown Family Health Clinic (JFHC) operates a nationally recognized model of care dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Owned and operated by the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe, JFHC is a Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving both Tribal citizens and non-Tribal community members. We provide care to over 18,000 patients with satisfaction scores that consistently exceed national benchmarks. Rooted in the belief that community wellness is deeply connected to environmental health, JFHC offers a care experience built on relationships, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. As the largest family practice clinic on the Olympic Peninsula, we offer a team-based environment that supports both patients and providers alike. This is a Per Diem position that offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while providing flexible coverage based on clinic needs.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
A compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans.
Providing preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.
Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.
Managing medications in partnership with our on-site clinical pharmacists.
Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
Contributing to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
