About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Physician for their Community Health Clinic in Sterling, CO. This role does not require hospital work. The clinic is an FQHC / Community Health Center that has been providing a Medical Home to patients since 1970, integrating medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists in a team-based system of care. They aim to improve the quality of life for patients who may have limited access to healthcare, serving all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

• Board Certified in family medicine.
• License to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado.
• Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.
• J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine.

• Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients.
