About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Physician for their Community Health Clinic in Sterling, CO. This role does not require hospital work. The clinic is an FQHC/Community Health Center committed to providing a Medical Home with integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services. They serve all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
License to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado.
Board certification in family medicine.
J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine.
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide medical care within a Community Health Clinic setting.
Work in a team-based system of care.
Serve patients who may have limited access to healthcare.
Serve all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
