About The Position

ESR Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Family Physician for an outpatient FQHC position in the San Bernardino, CA area. The assignment is for 90 days or longer, with a schedule of 3-5 days per week, 8-hour shifts for 13 weeks. One day per week will be 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and the remaining days will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The physician will see approximately 18–20 patients per day and must complete charting before leaving. The role offers the opportunity to see prenatal patients and includes dedicated support staff (RN, MA, Scribe). The EMR system used is eClinicalWorks.

Requirements

• Active California Medical License
• DEA
• Board Certification (required)
• BLS Certification
• Must be local to the 92402 area

Nice To Haves

• Academic or teaching experience is a plus, as the organization plans to launch a Family Practice Residency Program by the end of the year.

Responsibilities
