About The Position

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides integrated medical and behavioral health care to clients in an office-based setting. Position provides advocacy, linkage, referral, engagement with ongoing services with a multidisciplinary team. Coordinating these services to clients in CCBHC program in a client-centered and culturally responsive way. Provides a point of contact and work in partnership with CCBHC staff and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services to clients and work within a team.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have raised or lived with a child who has emotional problems and received services.
  • Specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field as required in order to meet requirements for billable services and/or adjunctive services, i.e. specialized certifications (BHRS) Case Management, SOC training and updates.
  • Ability to work well under pressure meeting deadlines with efficiency and consistency while maintaining a balance between good physical and mental health and the job requirements.
  • Exhibit ability to effectively organize and plan field-work, schedule to best service and maximize the needs of consumers, i.e. arranging home based meetings, agency meetings, and care coordinator meetings.
  • Ability to establish working relationships with clinical, administrative, and support staff in order to develop professionalism and coordination within the team to maximize services available.
  • Ability to effectively interact with staff, consumers, family members, administration and the community, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Must possess a Driver's License and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
  • Must transport clients in personal automobile.
  • Family Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification (if you do not already have, you will obtain after hire)
  • Case Manager I Certification (to be completed within 60 days of eligibility)
  • Wellness Coach Certification (if you do not already have, you will obtain after hire)
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record (required for travel and client transportation)
