The Family Partner role is designed to build strong, collaborative relationships with individuals, families, community partners, and stakeholders to support engagement within the Family Success Center (FSC) and the broader community. This role offers problem-solving support and general guidance to help individuals, families, and communities achieve their goals. Responsibilities include conducting Welcome Tours, offering information and referrals, facilitating group activities, providing advocacy support, and conducting outreach. The Family Partner will also collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator to implement a transformational parent engagement approach and support the development of parent leaders. Acenda values the use of evidence-based practices (EBPs) as an integrated health organization.
