Family or Internal Medicine Physician, Sanctuary Primary Care - Riverview, Florida
About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their well-established, outpatient-only practice in Riverview, Florida. The practice currently consists of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and serves patients aged 18 and older. The office operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no obstetrics involved. This role offers a flexible work week, with options for a traditional 5-day schedule or a 4-day work week. The position emphasizes a professional and personally rewarding environment with a focus on work-life balance. BayCare Medical Group provides a true medical home model, supporting physicians with access to over 46 different specialties, a network of 16 not-for-profit hospitals, and various outpatient services. The group is looking for physicians to help shape the future of primary care medicine in Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients aged 18 and older.
- Engage in outpatient care only, with no obstetrics.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs.
- Contribute to a medical home model, valuing continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
- Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to the community.
