About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced board-certified/board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, outpatient-only practice in Riverview, Florida. The practice currently has 9 providers and serves patients aged 18 and older, with office hours from 8 am to 5 pm. This role emphasizes a true medical home model, focusing on continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships. The physician will be supported by a network of over 46 specialties and 16 hospitals within the BayCare Health System.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients ages 18 and older.
• Focus on continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to the community.
• Participate in a medical home model for patients.
• Utilize designated administrative time for professional tasks.
