About The Position
Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at Gateway. In this role, our APPs see a mix of standard follow-ups along with cardiac clearance visits for established patients, and acute visits as needed. This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. The APP has the option of working a 5-day per week schedule or a 4-day per week schedule, with some variation as patient volume dictates.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Indiana
- Certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant
Responsibilities
- See a mix of standard follow-ups
- Perform cardiac clearance visits for established patients
- Handle acute visits as needed
