About The Position

Own the end-to-end delivery of family office technology consulting engagements while managing relationships with technology providers, association partners, and sponsors. This role coordinates sponsored programs and association events (virtual and in-person), ensures contractual deliverables are executed on time and to standard, and serves as a key connector between members/clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across a combination of technology consulting, program/project management, partner/sponsor management, account/relationship management, or association/events operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines using project trackers and calendaring tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to executives and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation habits (requirements, meeting notes, decisions, deliverables tracking).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; comfort learning and administering CRMs and event/webinar platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting family offices, wealth management, private banking, private investment offices, or adjacent UHNW services.
  • Working knowledge of family office technology categories (general ledger/partnership accounting, portfolio accounting/aggregation, CRM, document management, reporting/BI, data integration, cybersecurity).
  • Experience running vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP, demo orchestration, scorecards) and/or supporting implementations.
  • Experience delivering sponsor programs and measuring outcomes (engagement metrics, pipeline/supporting reports).
  • Familiarity with association programming and member experience best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery for consulting engagements: stakeholder interviews, current-state process mapping, pain-point identification, and future-state requirements definition.
  • Translate business needs into technology requirements (data, reporting, integrations, controls, cybersecurity/privacy considerations) and develop prioritized recommendations.
  • Coordinate vendor landscapes and selection processes: manage RFI/RFP workflows, schedule demos, organize evaluation criteria, capture feedback, and synthesize findings.
  • Serve as implementation proxy/liaison when engaged: align timelines, manage questions and terminology across stakeholders, track risks/issues, and support change management and adoption planning.
  • Develop client-ready deliverables (assessment reports, roadmaps, executive summaries, and board-level presentations) and facilitate readouts with leadership teams.
  • Maintain a repeatable consulting toolkit (templates, interview guides, requirements libraries, scorecards, and project trackers) to increase consistency and scalability.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned family office clients/members and technology providers; maintain regular touchpoints, capture priorities, and drive follow-through.
  • Provide consultative guidance on family office technology ecosystems (core systems, data flows, integration approaches) and connect stakeholders to appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, events, marketing, operations, subject matter experts) to ensure a consistent, high-quality partner/client experience.
  • Maintain accurate partner/client records, engagement notes, and deliverables status in relevant systems (CRM, trackers, shared repositories).
  • Identify relationship risks (service gaps, misaligned expectations, timeline slippage) early and propose mitigation plans.
  • Plan and execute association programming (webinars, workshops, roundtables, and in-person events), including speaker coordination, agendas/run-of-show, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and manage an integrated production calendar for all partner/sponsor deliverables across content and event channels; track dependencies, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate event-related assets (speaker bios, slides, promotional copy, registration details, sponsor collateral) and ensure brand/quality standards are met.
  • Partner with marketing to support promotion and audience growth; coordinate registration workflows and attendee communications.
  • Capture event outcomes and insights (attendance, engagement, sponsor satisfaction, lessons learned) to improve future programming.
  • Manage sponsor onboarding: confirm objectives, timelines, deliverables, and points of contact; ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
  • Own sponsor deliverables execution (content, event inclusions, lead/engagement reporting where applicable) and proactively manage scope, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure sponsor agreements are operationalized in internal systems: deliverables trackers, asset repositories, and reporting templates.
  • Prepare clear status updates for internal leadership and sponsor contacts; escalate risks and propose options to preserve outcomes.
  • Support renewal readiness by documenting results, feedback, and opportunities for improved packaging/program design.
