About the Role: The Family Office Strategist ("FO Strategist") is a senior specialist responsible for expanding and deepening the Private Bank's Family Office business among ultra-high-net-worth families. Embedded within the Private Bank coverage model, the FO Strategist brings deep expertise across family office structures, governance, operations, investments, strategic capital solutions, and multigenerational wealth planning to help clients address increasingly complex needs. The role combines advisory expertise with a strong commercial orientation, helping identify opportunities, accelerate relationship growth, and position the full capabilities of Bank of America on behalf of some of the firm's most sophisticated clients. Through thought leadership, strategic consultation, and enterprise connectivity, the FO Strategist helps deliver an institutional-quality Family Office experience that differentiates the Private Bank in the $100M+ wealth segment. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex family dynamics, uncover emerging client needs, influence across a highly matrixed organization, and connect clients to the broad resources of Bank of America, including investments, private markets, strategic banking and lending solutions, treasury capabilities, family governance resources, and next-generation engagement programs
